Getting a quote and pricing
Use the Contact page and tell us the pickup and delivery locations, the pickup date, what you are shipping, and its weight and dimensions. We confirm the details and the price with you before the load is booked.
Typically the pickup and delivery addresses, the pickup date and any time window, a description of the freight, its weight, dimensions and number of pallets or pieces, and any special requirements such as a liftgate or an appointment. The more complete the details, the faster and more accurate the quote.
Freight prices usually depend on distance, weight and size, the type of equipment, how quickly the freight needs to move and any extra services. For less-than-truckload shipments the freight class also matters. We confirm your price with you in writing before the load is booked.
No. A quote is not binding until we confirm price, timing and handling with you in writing.
Depending on the shipment, extra charges can include a liftgate, residential pickup or delivery, inside delivery, waiting time at a dock, redelivery, or a corrected weight or class on less-than-truckload freight. Any extras that apply to your shipment are listed with your quote.
Services and equipment
Full truckload, less-than-truckload and local delivery freight, with routing and scheduling support. Tell us about special handling needs when you ask for a quote.
Full truckload (FTL) uses a trailer for one shipper's freight, usually a direct move from pickup to delivery. Less-than-truckload (LTL) shares trailer space with other shippers' freight and is typically priced by weight and freight class, which suits smaller shipments.
We tell you in writing before a load is booked how it will be handled, so you always know who is responsible for your freight.
Equipment availability is being confirmed. Tell us what your freight needs, such as a dry van, a flatbed or temperature control, and we will tell you whether we can cover it before you commit.
Tell us about any special requirements when you ask for a quote. Some, like hazardous materials, need specific authority, training and insurance, so we confirm in writing whether we can handle your freight before it is booked.
Coverage and scheduling
We focus on the greater Seattle and Puget Sound area. Our wider coverage is still being set, so ask about your specific lane and we will tell you whether we can move it.
As early as you can. More notice gives us more options for equipment and pickup windows. For short-notice requests, contact us with the details and we will tell you whether we can cover it.
Local and time-sensitive freight is part of what we do, but availability depends on capacity and the lane. Contact us with the pickup, delivery and deadline and we will confirm whether we can meet it.
Our business hours are being confirmed. Send your request through the Contact page and we will respond as soon as we can.
Tracking and communication
We confirm pickup and delivery with you. The tracking and update options we offer, such as email or phone updates or an online portal, are being set up, so ask about them when you book.
Not yet. A portal login page is in place while the portal is being built. Until it launches, contact us directly for quotes, shipment questions and onboarding.
Use the Contact page and include your shipment details, such as the pickup and delivery locations, the date and any reference number, so we can find it quickly.
Claims, insurance and compliance
Our USDOT and MC numbers are listed in the Compliance section of the home page once issued. You can look up any carrier or broker on the FMCSA SAFER system at safer.fmcsa.dot.gov. An insurance certificate is available on request.
An insurance certificate is available on request. The types and amounts of coverage will be shown on it once they are confirmed.
Note any damage or shortage on the delivery receipt before you sign, take photos, keep the packaging, and contact us as soon as possible. Claims have time limits that vary, so reporting promptly protects your claim.
Freight shipments normally move under a bill of lading, which acts as the receipt and the contract for the move. We can tell you what information it needs when you book.
We will describe our safety practices here once they are confirmed. In the meantime you can review any carrier's public record on the FMCSA SAFER system at safer.fmcsa.dot.gov.
Billing and payment
Payment terms are agreed before the first load and shown on your quote or agreement. They are being finalized, so ask when you request a quote.
Accepted payment methods are being confirmed. Tell us your preferred method when you request a quote and we will confirm what is available.
Invoices reference your shipment details. Billing frequency and terms are agreed up front, and you can ask us to include references such as a purchase order number.
Becoming a carrier partner
See carrier onboarding for the documents we typically ask for, then contact us with your company details, equipment and lanes.
Carriers are typically asked for active operating authority, a W-9, a current insurance certificate and a signed carrier agreement. The carrier onboarding page lists what we ask for, and we confirm the details when you apply.
Carrier payment terms are set out in the carrier agreement before the first load. Ask us about them when you apply.
Send us your company details, equipment and lanes through the Contact page and we will tell you whether they fit the freight we have and our onboarding requirements.
